Patches helped me quit

Hi my name is Margaret Scott and I am 47 years old.  I started going to FagEnds, Netherley at my local Health Clinic on the 26th February 2008.  I have used patches and continued to use them until I finished using the complete prescription (approximately June).

I have had good days and bad days and boy they were bad, I got over them by keeping myself busy plus I’ve had the support of my family, friends and loved ones (my daughter Louise and my partner Brian).

I still go to FagEnds for their support and plus I still go for the reading of my Carbon Monoxide.  I still get the cravings even now, but they are not as bad as they were when I first packed them in.
