Less breaks since quitting smoking

"Whilst stopping smoking I have realised how much money an employer can lose in work time from employees who smoke; due to the cigarette breaks and incidences when they are off sick with health problems.  This all stems from smoking.  Personally I feel great and better than I have done in years".
