Roy Castle Fag Ends has been helping people stop smoking since 1994.

Fag Ends is a community based stop smoking service, formed by a group of people trying to stop smoking who wanted to help other people quit.
Roy Castle Fag Ends provide a free and confidential service, offering help, advice and support to those people who wish to stop smoking, cut down or would like help to stay stopped.

Our services across Merseyside include:

Telephone Help Line

We provide on going support for people across MERSEYSIDE, we are open Monday - Friday from 9.30am to 8.00pm. You can phone us any time with questions you may have or if you feel like you are craving for a cigarette.

Drop in Support Groups

These are run in the  Liverpool and Knowsley area. You can go along and meet up with other people who could be in the same boat as you, to talk about any problems you have quitting smoking and to offer each other support.

Individual Appointments

You can arrange to see one of our specialists on a one to one basis.

Intensive Support Service

The Helpline will provide continued advice and support and suggested strategies to help you stop smoking and support tailored to the individual needs for clients living in the Liverpool PCT area.
 
All of these services are run by trained Stop Smoking Advisors, and all are free of charge. Literally thousands of people call us every year, a great number of them stay smoke free.

When you come along to one of our drop in sessions or when you spend time on this website we hope to be able to offer you that little bit extra support that helps you finally quit smoking for good!

Tower Hamlets, London  - Workplace

Fag Ends Tower Hamlets is a workplace based stop smoking service offering smoking cessation services to all people who work in the borough of Tower Hamlets.  We are particularly keen to see routine and manual smokers who statistically have a higher prevalence of smoking than in the general population.  We aim to support workers who may not work 9-5 hours and therefore have difficult accessing established services this includes shift workers, cleaners and catering staff.

Set up in October 2009 to work in partnership with NHS Tower Hamlets and the Local Authority, we are a friendly team who are all committed to developing the service by spreading the inclusion net.
