Roy Castle Fag Ends offer help in a variety of ways to suit everyone. The different ways include:

• One to one, group or drop in sessions

• Evening and weekend sessions

• Support before, during and after a hospital stay

• Specialist support to pregnant women and their families

• Free phone telephone helpline support

• Young person’s advisor
