It is two and a half years since I last had a ciggy.  Fag Ends helped and gave me support.  So I see it as my duty and privilege to pop into Fag Ends in the Dingle whenever I can on a Wednesday.  So to give out encouragement but also to say that it has to come from each individual and it is not easy.  Yet if I can do it after 40  a day for 40 years, then there is hope for everyone.  Paul
