The Roy Castle FagEnds Database is a well designed and easy to access performance management tool to help establish up to the minute data on smoking service activity.  The downloadable data can be easily manipulated and analysed by a range of variables,  which help establish demographic usage within a given time period. This has been helpful in Knowsley by informing both targeted service activity and wider strategic marketing processes.
